Cluster of Friends started 5 years ago, it begun like this . . . . . . .
In 1999, when two diligent Filipina from Fort St. James BC, by means "two Filipina" are Flor De Liz and me; anyway, we have decided to organized “Filipino Get Together”. It was our annual summer event’, a pot lunch dinner, had a great tête-à-tête with each other, and usually we met at Paaren Beach along with our family; we don't cancel whatever the weather were. We brought Filipino’s dishes and have a feast! We had games, and great time chatting with other and just being with each other.

Years gone by, as we were having so much fun, we inadvertently expanding our get togetherness by inviting friends from different ethnic background such as Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Norway, Holland, Quebec, and more; and they either from Fort St James, Prince George, Vanderhoof, and Fraser Lake. Therefore the “Filipino Get Together” became “Cluster of Friends” get together.
We are not only celebrating our get together annually we also tried to get together when time permitted us. We are bunch of workaholic people and when there is time to have gathering, we don’t show reluctance to take a trip somewhere, to have a goodtime.
